GOALMAP SAS values the confidentiality and security of your personal data. This policy informs you about the management of your data when using our software, including online spaces for coaches and customers.

By using our software, when you request the creation of an account and activate it as a customer or coach, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described below.

As data controller, GOALMAP undertakes to:

• Use your data only for clearly established and legitimate purposes.
• Collect only the data necessary for our services.
• Share your data only with authorized third parties subject to an obligation of confidentiality.
• Keep your data only as long as necessary for the purposes for which it was collected.

3. Data collected

We collect the following information:

• Account data: Information needed to create and manage your coach space or your coach area.
• Diary data: information needed to consult your availability and facilitate the proposal of missions (only for coaches, if you synchronize your calendar).

We do not use third-party cookies.

4. Purposes and legal basis

We process your data for the following purposes

• Facilitate access to and use of our customer and coach areas.
• Ensure the administrative management and, in the case of service providers, the invoicing of your services.
• Guarantee the security of our services.

We do not envisage any other use for your data.

5. Recipients of data and transfers outside the EU

Your data may be shared with :

• Authorized members of our team.
• Our technical subcontractors, within the strict framework of their mission and under our control.
• We take the necessary precautions to protect your data when transferring it outside the European Union.

6. Third-party tools

Our use and transfer of information received from Google APIs to any other app will adhere to Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.

7. Data retention period

Your data is kept for as long as your account is active and up to 3 years after your last contact with our services, unless you ask us to delete it.

8. Security

GOALMAP implements advanced measures to protect your data against unauthorized access or disclosure.

9. Your rights

You have the right to access, rectify, delete or object to the processing of your data. To exercise these rights, please contact our DPO.
